2. Visiting the website
When you visit, technically necessary connection data is processed, including your IP address, time, page requested, browser information and, where applicable, the previous page. This enables us to provide, secure and troubleshoot the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes.
3. Cookies and customer account
The site uses technically necessary cookies for language settings, sessions and sign-in. If you create a customer account, we process the contact and account details you enter to provide it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in secure operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete cookies in your browser; you may then need to sign in again.
4. Contact and order enquiries
When you contact us or submit a non-binding order enquiry, we process the details you provide, in particular your name, email, address and message, to answer and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The shop currently does not accept online payments.
5. Recipients and retention
We use technical service providers for website operation, hosting and email. They access data only insofar as needed to provide their services. We keep enquiry data as long as necessary to process your enquiry and any ensuing business relationship; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact office@gasserrodel.at to exercise them. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: dsb.gv.at.
